Michael Cieplak

Michael joined our team in 2022. With a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and a Master’s degree in Cell and Molecular biology from Towson he worked in research at Johns Hopkins University. He then went on to follow his passion in dentistry and graduated from Howard Community College in 2016 where he is also an instructor teaching new rising dental hygiene students. He is married with three children and his dog where he volunteers and various Maryland outreach programs. If he is not at the office you can find him doing home projects or with his kids playing baseball or soccer in his Laurel neighborhood.
